Welcome to Prowess Resort. By accessing our website, making a reservation, or using our facilities, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Reservations

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by Prowess Resort.
• Guests must provide valid identification at check-in. The person named on the booking must be present.
• Quoted rates are in Indian Rupees (₹) unless stated otherwise and may include applicable taxes as per government regulations.
• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or violation of resort policies.

Payments

• Full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking as specified during checkout.
• Additional charges for extra services (minibar, laundry, room service, events, etc.) are payable at checkout.
• All prices displayed on this website are subject to change without prior notice until a booking is confirmed.

Liability

Prowess Resort is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings, injury arising from guest negligence, or events beyond our reasonable control (force majeure). Guests use resort facilities including pools, spa, and recreational areas at their own risk.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with applicable Indian data protection laws.

Information We Collect

• Contact details (name, email, phone) when you book, enquire, or contact us.
• Booking details including dates, room preferences, and special requests.
• Payment-related information processed through secure payment partners (we do not store full card details on our servers).

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Room Bookings

• Free cancellation: Cancellations made 7 or more days before check-in receive a full refund of any advance paid.
• Partial refund: Cancellations made 3–6 days before check-in receive a 50% refund of the advance amount.
• No refund: Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in, no-shows, or early departures are non-refundable.
• Peak season, festive periods, and special packages may have stricter cancellation terms communicated at booking.

Event & Banquet Bookings

• Event enquiries require a non-refundable deposit to confirm the date and venue.
• Cancellation more than 30 days before the event: deposit may be adjusted against a future booking within 6 months.
• Cancellation within 30 days: deposit is forfeited.

Refund Processing

Check-in, Check-out & House Rules

Timings

• Check-in: 2:00 PM onwards
• Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

Guest Conduct

• Smoking is permitted only in designated areas. Smoking inside rooms may attract cleaning penalties.
• Pets are not permitted unless pre-approved in writing.
• Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to property caused during their stay.
